RAILWAY RECORDS:

The books listed below may be seen in the Museum. They contain historical photographs, copies of maps and documents, names of staff members and some personal reminiscences. They were collated and prepared by John Blackford, the first two relating to his own experiences before and during employment at the Works in the late 1940s to mid 1950s. Copies of these may also be seen at the National Railway Museum in York.

The Museum also has other collections of photographs and artifacts, some of which are on display.
